İGA Held a Second Meeting with Airlines

For a second time, İGA met the representatives of IATA and AOC member airlines in addition to service companies for these airlines to share the recent developments regarding Istanbul New Airport. 

Undertaking the management of Istanbul New Airport, the ultimate project to accelerate Turkey’s rise in aviation, for 25 years, İGA Airport Operation held a second meeting with almost 100 representatives from IATA and AOC member airlines in addition to service companies for these airlines in Istanbul.

The meeting took all day and facilitated the sharing of recent developments regarding Istanbul New Airport with the participants. The meeting was kicked off with a general briefing and served as a platform to share details on collaboration opportunities at Istanbul New Airport. 

Another presentation supported by rich visual content provided thorough information on the new airport terminal. 

The second part of the meeting started with a description of the master plan for the first phase of the project.

Subsequently, the participants were provided with information on floor plans of the terminal.  Towards the end of the meeting, detailed discussions and opinion exchange took place on contracting processes, requests regarding offices and the exclusive services planned for delivery at the airport.
İGA aims to continue holding such frequent meetings with airlines and maximize collaboration opportunities at the new airport.
